Not bad not great. Mediocre hibachi and sushi

These people have the best crab salad on Earth. The hibachi is always a great experience.

They are the best in town. Crab salad is out of this world. You always get your belly full when you sit at the hibachi grill.

At our lunch with a large group of people , Yume handled all of us very well and was quick to help!

Had a large party for my older son's Birthday. Sat at two grill tables, the server was very responsive, to include alcohol, and the food was prepared in the kitchen and was all very good! (All staff members wore masks and gloves and the table had plastic-ware.)

Food was good and staff was taking the proper measures from the COVID-19 pandemic

Great sushi and hibatchi! My favourite is the butterfly roll. The others are pink cherry blossom and crunchy shrimp.

The rice was not cooked properly on my sushi. It tasted like it was 2 days old and kept falling apart on the sashimi. This is the worst $26 I have ever spent. Unfortunately this will not let me give it zero stars

got the nabe udon noodles, got here hot which was very nice. the issues i have is the quality of the ingredients used. they used two different types of mushrooms some fresh the majority had the can look and texture (may have ran of fresh?) the imitation crab tasted slightly off as well.

Friendly staff and service was quick. It took me longer to eat than for the food to be ready. Food was good.

Good hibachi place, I like that they give you noodles as well as rice with the meal. They didn't have lobster or scallops as an option like other places. Prices are very reasonable.

Went to lunch with 25 people today. We had excellent service for such a large group. Food was served and checks were handled in an efficient and timely manner. My steak was tender and the sushi tasted fresh. Great job Yume.

First time going was today for lunch, my daughter and I enjoyed ourselves. The food was amazing and our Chef was great. Waitress was very attentive and pleasant, its certainly a place we will visit again.

It was good. Pretty standard for a sit down Japanese and Asian cuisine. I got thew vegetable hibachi. It has bit of a weird flavor, like the oil they used was old and a little burned. But it wasn't terrible.

First bad experience here. Our chef wasn't very friendly or interactive. Both of our steaks had so much fat on them that we could barely eat them. My wife's steak was way undercooked and was never asked if it was ok. For the prices that they charge for food, I expect much better.

I had a group & all of the food was over salted but the sushi was great.

Their hibachi chicken is amazing. It comes with house (clear) soup, and ginger salad. Its soooooo good and right off the interstate super convenient!

We eat at Yume a lot. The food is great. The service is normally great. Last night was an exception. When we got seated it was food on the seat. I notified the waitress, she told me to switch chairs and she would get it later. I switched the chair with another dirty chair. I wiped the chair myself. Then my daughter fork had old rice in it. I asked another waitress for a new fork and told her what happened. She simply told me that it happens. I was very disappointed.

Limited menu. They only have a few things on the menu. Floors were slick with grease.

Had the Bento beef bulgogi lunch box that was pretty good except the rice had a moldy taste to it. Think they need to clean or replace their rice cooker. Also Please clean your dining room to specifically include the widow blinds and items like standing menus a on the table. That were grimy like someone spilled a beer or soda all over them and had not cleaned up n a long time. That was very off putting. Okay place but attention to detail on cleaning dining table areas is lacking. You can do better

Although the waitress couldn'texplain the difference between to menu items I asked her about, I still enjoyed the food. Cool place to stop in if you're in the area

They serve you a full plate of meat, noodles, rice and veggies. The steak was cooked just right and nicely seasoned.

Taste is ok. Service is ok. Portions are very small and prices are not low.

Excellent sushi, very large chef’s rolls. Crab salad was huge. Highly recommend this place. I come every time I travel through this area. Good for groups or just sitting at the bar.

Very tasty with a large selection of both sushi items as well as Asian dishes. They have Japanese hibachi, Thai, and Korean options. Everything was prepared in a timely manner. I definitely would go back again.

Yume restaurant is an awesome experience, I was in Oxford for business and went there with coworkers. The food was great and the chef very entertaining, all of my coworkers came out of dinner very happy and very full. Another plus is that it was walking distance from my hotel. Look forward to my next trip to Oxford and trying Yume again. Great job to all of the staff.

I just can talk about the sushi but that was really nice. Lot of different rolls to choose from. And the waitress was nice to. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible service. Food is fairly good and I would say 3.5 stars. The staff needs training bad and they are always understaffed.Edit. We have been back as the sushi was good. The sushi bar and chiefs are good. We are happy with them. I think hibachi is good also. They just need better training of the waiters. However this place is clearly trying hard and I appreciate that. I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Good food, but the Korean chef is out so our dine in menu was limited.

The food took over an hour to get to our table. Also the food was good but by no means great. The staff was friendly just very slow service.

Sushi was excellent. Service was good. Still adjusting to post Covid-19 life.

Ordered the Alaska roll and Hawaii roll and both were very good! Service was excellent, was greeted immediately and seated right away. Server was attentive and checked in regularly. Would definitely come back if I'm back in the area!

Great experience. Wait times weren't long for Saturday night. Food came out quickly and fresh. Only issue was a small mix up on the check but the waitress quickly resolved the issue and was super nice.

The food is amazing. We visit here often. Sat at the sushi bar, hibachi style dining and a booth. Our order has only been wrong once and the manager was extremely happy to correct our food, give us new food, let us take the wrong with us and didn't charge us. I've ordered several things on the menu and I'm never disappointed.

Chicken (yellow) curry and basil curry were tasty.Service was mediocre ! !

We are usually very appreciative of our waitress even if there is little personality, but this one was just rude. She never smiled, never checked on us after we got our food, and my husband finished his tea and didn’t get an offer for more until she put our bill on the table. She didn’t even ask us if we wanted anything else. I usually tip well, 15% if they are just “ok”, and at least 20% if we really liked them, but this one was terrible. As far as the food went, my husband loved his sushi but I ordered a grilled chicken salad and they brought me a bowl of lettuce with grilled chicken on top. Nothing else on the salad..... nothing. We will not eat here again or recommend it to anyone. 2 stars are for sushi only, everything else was bad.

MY FIRST TIME TRYING SUSHI HERE!! NOW I'M HOOKED! THE CRUNCHY SPICY TUNA ROLL IS GREAT! I LOVE IT!

So good. Got a caterpillar roll and bimbimbap. Great service. Great food. I dined alone and enjoyed the experience.

It was amazing food. Awesome table service. The chief was hilarious and so laid back. He made sure all of our food was cooked the way we wanted it. And he made sure to ask anyone if they were allergic to fish and since once guy at are table was, he cooked all of our meat first and then the shrimp last. So there was no cross contamination!!! And when cooking the vegetables, one lady didn't want any onions at all, so he cooked her a little pile to the side. The place is kid friendly and they also have a habachi side and a regular dining side.

Good was great as well as the service. The amount of food was very good compare to the price and taste. Definitely recommend!

The sushi is outstanding, fresh. I loved the atmosphere and staff.

Something has changed here. Many things have changed. Not nearly as enjoyable as it used to be.
